The small, owner-managed hotel offers 42 rooms on four floors, a family atmosphere with the service of a good 4-star hotel, a 24-hour reception, an elevator, a reading room, a bar with a terrace directly on the beach promenade, and a restaurant. A highlight of the hotel is the rooftop terrace with a pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a magnificent view of the sea and the Bay of Palmira.

Destination Information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
