Location

The R2 Paguera Park is located in a quiet area in the popular holiday resort of Paguera in the southwest of Mallorca. The fine sandy beach of Playa Palmira is about 500 meters away. The center of Paguera with its lively boulevard, featuring numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities, is also just a few minutes' walk away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 32 km away, while the island's capital, Palma, can be reached after about 26 km.

Facilities

The spacious holiday complex includes a main building as well as two separate residential buildings with a total of 215 accommodation units, each spanning 4 to 5 floors. The two residential buildings are separated from the main building by a small road; the main building houses only the public areas such as the reception, restaurant, and bar. The rooms are located exclusively in the two residential buildings. Facilities include an inviting lobby with a reception, several elevators, Wi-Fi, a bar with an outdoor terrace, and a buffet restaurant with a spacious terrace on two levels. Each of the beautifully landscaped natural gardens features several swimming pools, including a family pool with a separate splash pool for children, as well as a relaxation pool. The outdoor area is complemented by sun terraces with loungers and parasols, and a pool/snack bar with a seating terrace (in the main building).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
