Location

The hotel is situated on a slope along a side street in Paguera. It is approx. 200 m from the beach and in close proximity to the Bulevard Paguera, where you will find various shopping and entertainment opportunities. The Bulevard also hosts many restaurants and bars where you can enjoy a delicious drink during the day or in the evening.

The recently modernized and renovated hotel has a total of 81 rooms spread across two buildings, each with three floors. The hotel's facilities include a brightly decorated lobby with reception and seating areas, a lift, a bar, a satellite TV room, and a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace. In the garden area, you will find the pool, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and a pool bar.

The renovated double rooms have a bathroom/shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box (rental fee), mini-fridge (for a fee), air conditioning/heating, and a balcony or terrace. These rooms are located in the building with the dining room (D).
Available for single use (DE), with sea view (DM), or as type I (DI) at a special price for an additional charge.

The renovated double rooms with pool view are located in the main building and feature a renovated bathroom/shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box (rental fee), mini-fridge, air conditioning/heating, and a terrace (room size approx. 25 m², room code: PD).

Single room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly smaller. Rooms with a renovated bathroom have an open-plan bathroom, while the rest have a closed bathroom (renovated bathroom). The rooms are located in the building with the dining room (room size approx. 12 m², room code: E)

Superior double room with pool view

With the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, these are slightly more spacious and also include a bathrobe, pool towel, and a complimentary mini-fridge (room code: DSP).

The transfer ends or starts at bus stop 111-33, which is approximately 300 meters from the hotel.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, is to be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
