Location

Centrally located in Paguera, just about 50 m from the fine sandy beach. The popular pedestrian zone with its numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, and entertainment options is in the immediate vicinity. Palma airport is approximately 33 km away.

Facilities

The charming apartment complex features 13 residential units spread over two floors (no elevator). Facilities include a lobby with reception (09:00 - 17:00) as well as a bar. In the outdoor area, a swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols invite you to relax.

Studio

Equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace (S12).
Also bookable for single use at an extra charge (S11).

Apartment

With the same facilities as the studios, these offer a living/bedroom area as well as a separate bedroom (A12).

Duplex Apartment

With the same facilities as the studios, these offer an open-plan bedroom accessible via a staircase, as well as a Balinese bed on the sun terrace (DU2). Room size approx. 30 m².
Also bookable for single occupancy at an extra charge (DU1).

Self-catering. Half board includes breakfast and dinner, served in buffet form at Hotel Cupido, which is located directly opposite the Carabela II Apartments.

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20 - € 4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
