In a side street in a green environment, approx. 150 m from the sandy beach. The long beach promenade with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities is only approx. 300 m from the hotel.

Facilities

The hotel offers 118 rooms in 2 buildings, a lobby with reception, seating areas, a lounge, a bar and a restaurant overlooking the pool. Outside there is a pool with a separate children's pool, a pool bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

Double room

Equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central), telephone, safe for rent, satellite TV, mini-fridge and balcony (D).

Double room Superior

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are renovated and additionally offer a seating area with a sofa bed for a 3rd person (DSU).

Double room Deluxe (PMIB91)

The rooms are equipped with twin beds, balcony or terrace, internet (free of charge), safe (for a fee) and satellite TV, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (from June to September) and centrally controlled heating (from March to May). The bathroom offers a shower/WC (approx. 22m², DD2/XD2/DDC/DDA). Can also be booked with single occupancy (DD1/XD1) or 3-person occupancy (DDT/SOK).

Additional Note

A tourist tax, comparable to a local tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
