The guesthouse is located in the southwest of Mallorca, in the resort of Paguera, separated from the fine sandy beach only by a promenade. Numerous shops and entertainment options are in the immediate vicinity on the Boulevard de Paguera.

Available at a surcharge also with side (DMS) or direct (DM) sea view.
Also available for single occupancy (DE), single occupancy with side sea view (DES).

Single Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly smaller and offer a balcony with a side sea view (room size: approx. 16 m², room code: E).

Triple Room with Side Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and feature an extra bed for the third person (DS3).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking agent is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
