The upper-middle-class holiday complex consists of a main building and an apartment building and has 161 rooms on four floors (two elevators). The main building houses the spacious reception hall with a 24-hour reception, a TV corner with satellite TV, a lounge and games room, a bar, and an air-conditioned restaurant. The beautiful outdoor area features a pool landscape, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, this is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
