Location

The hotel, popular with repeat guests and part of the renowned "Morlans Hotels" chain, is quietly yet centrally located on a side street in the heart of Paguera. The extensive, fine sandy beach is about 400 m away. After sunbathing, you can stroll along the beach promenade or explore the town center in the evening on the "Boulevard Paguera" with its numerous shops and bars – all within a few minutes' walk.

The original schauinsland-reisen hotel offers 58 rooms in 2 buildings, each with 4 floors, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a bar with TV, an air-conditioned lounge, elevators, and a buffet restaurant with outdoor seating. The small and refined outdoor area features two pools with sun loungers and Bali beds, as well as a cozy terrace with seating. Here you can enjoy your afternoon coffee in peace and escape the stress of everyday life. The newly designed chill-out area boasts a second outdoor pool, sun loungers, and Bali beds.

Studio

Equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchenette, combined living/sleeping area with sofa bed, sometimes a separate bedroom, TV, telephone, air conditioning, and balcony or terrace. The studios are located next to the pool (room size approx. 35 m², S12, K11, K12).

Studio Type I

With the same amenities as the studios, these can be booked at a daily rate (STI).

Destination Information

A tourism tax, similar to a resort fee, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking agent is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
