Location

The idyllic and historically located luxury hotel is situated in the interior of Mallorca, about 10 km from Llucmajor. The nearest beaches, Playa Cala Pi (15 minutes) and Es Trenc (35 minutes), are a few minutes' drive away.

The hotel complex, partially modernized in 2023, consists of a typical Mallorcan finca (Tramuntana, 2 floors) from the 14th century and several outbuildings (Ponent, 1 floor) and is surrounded by a 50,000 m² estate. The complex, with a total of 104 rooms, features a reception area with a 24-hour reception, elevators, lounges, 2 bars, 3 à la carte restaurants, and a convention center. In the garden area, there is a family pool and a relaxation pool for adults only, as well as a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and Bali beds are available to guests free of charge. Additionally, the estate features a historic windmill from the 15th century and a chapel from the 19th century.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
