The family-friendly hotel complex will be extensively renovated for the 2027 summer season and will feature a total of 239 comfortable rooms in the future. As part of the renovation, the resort will be expanded with new facilities, including villas, new pool bars, "The Huddle" sports bar, a new Star Camp area, and a new stage. The rooms, lobby with reception, buffet restaurant, snack bar, and pool area will also be redesigned. Additional amenities include two restaurants, including the "El Pinar" buffet restaurant, four bars, and the Star Cafe. The spacious outdoor area offers four swimming pools, including a Splash Park for children, as well as an expansive sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Additionally, there is a newly designed fitness center with an outdoor area.

Double room

The renovated double rooms are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, TV, rental safe, refrigerator, microwave, and balcony or terrace (room size approx. 22 m², room code: D).
Also bookable at an extra charge with garden view (2GD), sea view (DM), as well as in a preferred location with garden view (DLL) or pool view (PLL). Also available for single use with garden view (1GD) and for single use in a preferred location (1LL/1PP).

Family room

With the same amenities as the double rooms and also renovated, these offer a living area with a sofa bed as well as a separate bedroom (room size approx. 39 m², room code: DF2, 2FA).
Also bookable with garden view (F2G), pool view (FP2), side sea view (FS2), or direct sea view (F2M).

Family suite sea view

With otherwise similar amenities to the family rooms, the family suites feature a balcony/terrace with sun loungers and sea view (room size approx. 39 m², room code: 2FM).

Villa Pinos Garden

The villas, newly built for the 2027 summer season, are equipped with a living room with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed. Furthermore, the villas feature bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, TV, rental safe, refrigerator, and a terrace with sun loungers and direct access to the beach (room size approx. 27–35 m², room code: V2). Alternatively, also bookable with direct access to the garden (room size approx. 27–42 m², room code: V2G).

Casita suite

The Casita suites feature a living room with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, TV, rental safe, refrigerator, and microwave. Terrace with sun loungers and direct access to the beach (room size approx. 43 m², room code: S2). Also bookable as a duplex at an extra charge (room size approx. 55 m², room code: S2X).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.) the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
