Location

Surrounded by a pine forest, the popular hotel is situated on elevated ground. The picturesque bay of Font de Sa Cala is approx. 500 m away. The centre of Cala Ratjada, with its numerous shops and entertainment options, is approx. 3.5 km away and particularly lively during high season. There is a regular bus service nearby.

Facilities

This hotel is equally popular with families and athletes. It comprises two buildings with a total of 210 rooms. The main building offers a spacious and inviting lobby with a reception, three lifts (one lift in the adjoining building), a bar with an outdoor terrace, lounges and a newly designed buffet restaurant (show cooking) with a large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the fantastic sea view and delicious food. In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will find the swimming pool, which invites you to swim with its two 25-meter lanes, as well as a renovated terrace with sun loungers and parasols. From here, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the turquoise sea. For guests of the Chill-out rooms, there is a chill-out roof terrace on the adjoining building with Bali beds, two whirlpools, a bar and a fantastic view of the city and the sea.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these also feature a sofa, a capsule coffee machine, and guests have access to the Chill-out roof terrace with Bali beds and whirlpools. Access to the VIP area is only possible by wearing the wristband. (2PR).

Rich breakfast and dinner buffet with hot and cold dishes. With HB+, soft drinks and water are included with meals. Appropriate attire (long trousers for men) is requested for dinner.

Various sports activities in the hotel's own sports centre with 10 tennis courts (with backboard and floodlighting) and 9 beach volleyball courts, a beach soccer field, 3 paddle tennis courts, and a fitness room. The nautical centre with windsurfing school, sailing and diving is just a few minutes from the hotel. Three of the best golf courses are within a 10 km radius.

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, this is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
