Location

The complex is situated directly by the sea, surrounded by a 25,000 m² subtropical garden, and located above a small sand/rock beach. The next larger beach is approx. 800 m away. Some restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. It is about 5 km to the center of Cala Millor, which offers numerous restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options.

The hotel offers 217 rooms across seven floors, three elevators, a lobby with reception and bar, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant directly by the sea, and a boutique. Outside, there is a pool, a sun terrace with loungers, and a pool/snack bar.

Double room

Equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and balcony (D). Room size approx. 39 m².
Available for an extra charge with pool/sea view (PM), partial sea view (DMS/DES), for single use (DE/PMS), and as single with child (D1K/D1S).

Double room Select

With the same features as the double rooms, these are located on the 6th–7th floor and additionally include bathrobes and slippers (2SE).
Also bookable as single with child (1S1) or with sea view (DMZ/1MZ).

Super saver room

With the same features as the double rooms, these are located on the 1st floor facing the mountain side (SSZ).

Suite

With the same features as the double rooms, these are more spacious and offer a separate bedroom with a king-size bed or 2 single beds, a spacious living area, a bathroom or shower with bathtub, as well as a furnished balcony. Bathrobes and slippers are also available (S2).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests 16 and older.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
