Located in the S'Avall nature reserve with 15 km of natural beaches and on the outskirts of the idyllic fishing village of Colonia Sant Jordi. The nearest beach is about 100 m away. The popular natural beach Es Trenc can be reached in about 900 m.

The aparthotel offers 100 apartments in two buildings (with two or four floors), separated by a road, an air-conditioned restaurant with terrace, a lounge with bar, a TV room and elevators.
