Destination Information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (1 Nov - 30 Apr), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obligated to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
