Separated from the kilometer-long sandy beach only by the promenade. The center with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities as well as restaurants and bars is just a few minutes' walk away.

The modern and beautifully designed hotel with 44 apartments on 2 floors has a very tastefully decorated lobby with a welcoming reception (in the neighboring hotel THB Gran Bahia), elevators, a lounge, bar, TV corner, cafeteria/bar with a seating terrace directly on the beach promenade. In the outdoor area there is a pool with a sun terrace offering a magnificent view of the dreamlike Bay of Alcudia.
