The building features 373 rooms spread across 14 floors. Amenities include a lobby with reception, 5 elevators, 3 bars, a snack restaurant, a boutique, and a buffet restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace. The highlight is the Blue Sky restaurant/bar on the roof terrace. The whirlpool offers a breathtaking panorama (15th floor for adults only). In the garden area with shaded trees, there is a pool landscape with a terrace, a relaxation pool with comfortable sun loungers, a whirlpool, a children's splash pool, and a pool/snack bar.

Double room

The modern rooms offer plenty of natural light and are brightly decorated. Equipped with shower/WC, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, rental safe, mini-fridge, 2 bottles of water upon arrival, and a balcony (D).
Available with an extra bed (DZ), sea view (DM/DRM), or for single use (DE) for an additional charge.
Double rooms and double rooms with sea view (Summer 2026) can also be booked as Type I rooms at the daily rate (DI/DMI).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, this is €2.20–€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests 16 years and older.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.–30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
