Location

The hotel is located directly on the kilometer-long, wide, and fine sandy beach of Can Picafort. Behind the complex, the pine forest and the S’Albufera Nature Park begin, which invite you to take numerous beautiful walks. The center of Can Picafort, with its numerous shops, bars, and restaurants, is just a few minutes' walk away. You can also reach the beautiful, modern promenade with its shops, bars, and restaurants on foot. A large "Eroski" supermarket is located just approx. 150 m from the hotel.

Due to its great beachside location and service-oriented concept, this comfortable hotel is particularly popular with families. The inviting amenities include 243 rooms and 68 apartments, a glass-roofed lobby with reception, air-conditioned lounges, a large bar with a terrace, and a restaurant with a modern outdoor terrace. Outside, there is a large pool area with a separate children's pool, sun loungers, parasols, and a snack bar with a seating terrace. A pizzeria and a small supermarket are located in the adjacent building.

Available at an extra charge with side sea view (DMS) and direct sea view (DM), for single use (DE), as single use with side sea view (DES), as a renovated double room (2DX, only in Summer 2026), or as a renovated double room with side sea view (SDO, only in Summer 2026).
The double rooms (D, DE) and the double rooms with side sea view (DMS, DES) will all be renovated by 2027.

Apartment

The spacious and air-conditioned apartments feature a living/dining area as well as a separate bedroom and are equipped with a kitchenette incl. stove, microwave, and fridge, sofa bed, telephone, rental safe, TV, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A12).
Also available at an extra charge with side sea view (2AS) and direct sea view (2AM).

With the same features as the apartments, these offer an additional separate bedroom. These apartments are located in an adjacent building approx. 150 m from the reception (A22).

Family room (PMI817)

From Summer 2027: With the same features as the double rooms, these are more spacious and feature a living area with a sofa bed (room size approx. 39m²) and a large terrace (DF2).
The family rooms with sea view feature a balcony (F2M).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person from 16 years of age.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to ask Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency about any additional applicable conditions before completing the booking.
