Location

In a quiet side street, approx. 100 m from the beach. Restaurants, bars, and shopping and entertainment facilities are available in the surrounding area. The center of Palma is approx. 12 km away.
Due to the proximity to the airport, aircraft noise may occur under certain circumstances.

Destination Information

A tourism tax, similar to a local tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obligated to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
