At the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range in the northwest of Mallorca. The beaches of Alcudia and Pollenca are approx. 18 km north. The nearest village Campanet with shops, bars and restaurants is 3 km away. The nearest golf course is 12 km away.

The finca is surrounded by 200 hectares of cultivated land, forest and mountains and offers 6 double rooms, 6 junior suites and 3 junior suites premium as well as a restaurant, common rooms and a library. Outside there are spacious terrace and garden areas with its own vegetable/herb garden, pool and sun loungers.

Finca guests design their holidays individually and are often out and about. Therefore, regular reception hours for tour guides are not held. Instead, each traveler has the option to contact the tour guide by phone if needed.

Additional Information

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Solo travelling minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
