The popular Cala Agulla beach is approx. 1.2 km away and Son Moll beach is approx. 800 m away. The center of Cala Ratjada with its many shops, well-known bars, discos, and restaurants, as well as trendy spots like "Chocolate," can be easily reached on foot.

The popular hotel offers 119 rooms across 4 floors, a modern lobby with a reception desk that is available upon arrival and at any time for questions and recommendations. Furthermore, the hotel features 2 elevators, a modern buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a small outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols. The hotel's amenities also include a chill-out pool bar where you can enjoy delicious drinks and small snacks in a relaxed atmosphere. Additionally, there are 2 Bali beds available for relaxing (free of charge, subject to availability).

Modernly furnished and equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, TV, rental safe, air conditioning, small refrigerator, open shelves for clothing (no closet), and a balcony or terrace. (D).

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a local visitor tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20–€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests 16 years and older.
From the 9th day of the stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the off-season (Nov 1–Apr 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
