Your sprawling holiday resort is located just under 500 m from Cala Guya Bay and the center of Cala Ratjada. The harbor can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

The hotel has a total of 221 rooms spread over three floors (5 lifts are available). Further facilities include a welcoming lobby with reception and rental safes, a cozy TV room, a large restaurant, and a rustic bar. The well-kept garden and pool area with a large sun terrace invites you to linger and relax. The indoor pool is open for you until the end of May and from October onwards.

Equipped with bath/shower/toilet, air conditioning, satellite TV, rental safe, telephone, and balcony (D). Can also be booked for single occupancy (DE) for an additional charge. Room size approx. 14m².
The rooms can also be booked with an extra bed for the 3rd person (DR). Room size approx. 16m².

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as varied buffets. Water, wine, and beer are included with meals. National alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10:30 am to 11:00 pm. Snacks are offered in the bars from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm, and ice cream for children from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Coffee and tea with pastries are served from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory to use the All Inclusive services.

Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
