Your sprawling holiday complex is located just under 500 m from Cala Guya bay and the center of Cala Ratjada. The harbor can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

The hotel has a total of 221 rooms spread over three floors (5 elevators available). Other facilities include a welcoming lobby with reception and rental safes, a cozy TV room, a large restaurant, and a rustic bar. The well-maintained garden and pool area with a large sun terrace invite you to linger and relax. The indoor pool is open until the end of May and from October.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are offered as varied buffets. Water, wine, and beer are included with meals. National alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10:30 am to 11:00 pm. Snacks are served in the bars from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm, and ice cream for children from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Coffee and tea with pastries are served from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory to utilize the All Inclusive services.

Additional Information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
