The family-friendly hotel, also popular with couples and groups, offers 100 apartments and 38 studios on 2 floors, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, and an elevator. The bar with satellite TV and a small outdoor terrace overlooking the pool offers small snacks for a fee at lunchtime, and for bigger appetites, there is an air-conditioned dining room with a sea view as well as a food truck with à la carte dining (for a fee). In the outdoor area with a dreamlike sea view, there is a pool with a separate children's pool and a seating terrace, as well as a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas.

The brightly furnished studios are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, rental safe, telephone, kitchenette, refrigerator, and balcony (room size approx. 33 sqm). Room code: S12.

Destination information

A tourist tax, similar to a spa tax, is to be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
