Location

Located on a side street in the lively resort of Cala Ratjada. The beautiful fine sandy Cala Guya bay and the town center with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities as well as restaurants and bars are about a 10-minute walk away.

Facilities

The family-friendly holiday complex, also very popular with couples, consists of the Hotel Diamant with over 153 rooms on 3 floors and the sister hotel Aparthotel Diamant, which has 72 accommodation units and an annex building with 18 rooms, spread over 3 floors. The hotels offer their guests a spacious, bright, and very modernly furnished lobby with seating areas and a reception, 2 elevators, a lounge with satellite TV, and a conference room for up to 60 people. You can indulge your palate at the bar with delicious drinks and in the versatile buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace. In the beautiful outdoor area, surrounded by palm and pine trees, there is a swimming pool as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and sunshades, and Bali beds.
From February 27, 2026, to April 30, 2026, the hotel offers additional attractive activities under the term "Active Weeks," some of which can be enjoyed free of charge, such as workshops for cooking and bar, wine tastings, or professional tips in the areas of aquagym, Pilates, and stretching. For the use of the extensive spa offer, all customers will receive a bathrobe, pool towel, and slippers during this period.

The modern double rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe for rent, and a balcony (D). Also bookable as a double room for 3 adults for an additional charge (DR).

Suite (PMI869)

The modern suites (approx. 40 sqm) have a bedroom with TV and safe. Furthermore, the suite has a living area with a sofa, desk, TV, Nespresso machine, a tea set, Wi-Fi, an open bath/shower, WC, and a terrace with a whirlpool (S2,SC).

Breakfast and Half Board

Rich breakfast buffet. In the evening, international and national cold and hot dishes in buffet form with show cooking. Thematic buffets are offered twice a week. Apartments can only be booked with breakfast.

Additional Information

A tourism tax, comparable to a spa tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
