Double Room Sea View Priority Location

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these offer an absolutely prime location in the first row to the beach and a magnificent, unobstructed view of the beach and sea. Comfortable balcony furniture and bathrobes complete the offering. (2PY)

Economy Room Side Sea View

Offer the same amenities as the double rooms with side sea view, are bookable at a reduced price, and do not have a balcony. (RX2)

Single Room

Junior Suite Superior Top Floor Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located on the top (4th) floor of the hotel and offer a direct sea view from the large, furnished balcony with a private Balinese bed. The unique location of this room relative to the beach and sea further emphasizes the exclusivity of this room type. This offering is complemented by bathrobes, a minibar regularly restocked with non-alcoholic beverages, a Nespresso coffee machine incl. capsules, and smaller hospitality products. (JXS)

Junior Suite Superior Sea View/Beachfront/Private Terrace

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these offer a direct sea view, restricted only by shade-providing trees, as well as the ability to access the beach directly from your private terrace in just a few steps and via a few stairs. The room is decorated in a Mediterranean style, and the open-plan bathroom features a walk-in shower. A minibar regularly restocked with non-alcoholic beverages, a Nespresso coffee machine incl. capsules, and smaller hospitality products ensure a carefree stay. Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person from the age of 16.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov. 1 – April 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to enquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
