Location

Directly on the small Son Moll bay, which is covered with fine sand. Just a few steps across the promenade and you can feel the fine sand right between your toes. The picturesque fishing port and the center of Cala Ratjada, with its numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping and entertainment venues, are approx. a 10-minute walk away.

The tastefully decorated hotel has 133 rooms spread over four floors, a lift, and an air-conditioned lobby with reception. The "Tropical Bar" with TV and the buffet restaurant both offer an outdoor terrace. In the garden, there is a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, two whirlpools, a barrel sauna, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, a partially covered seating terrace, a pool/snack bar, and a shaded lawn with olive trees.

Superior Double Room with Sea View

With the same features as the double rooms, these are at least 25 m² in size and offer a bath or shower/WC, magnifying mirror, coffee and tea-making facilities, direct sea view, and a beautifully furnished terrace (room size approx. 28 m²). Room code: DMU

Select Double Room

With the same features as the double rooms, these additionally have access to a terrace with hammocks as well as direct access to the pool area. Room code: 2SE

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for those 16 and older.
The tax is reduced by 50% from the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation.
In the low season (Nov 1st–Apr 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person booking the trip is required to inquire about any additional conditions that may apply via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
