Location

In the resort area of Cala Millor, in a quiet location. The beautiful, extensive sandy beach and the center with numerous shops and entertainment venues are about 900 m away.

Facilities

The very attractively designed holiday complex with 220 residential units on 3 floors (no elevator) consists of several residential buildings connected by well-kept gardens and paths. The complex offers a friendly lobby with reception, safes (for a fee), a lounge, bar, and restaurant with a terrace in the main building. Directly next to the main building is the beautiful freshwater pool with an integrated whirlpool and a splash pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a partially covered seating terrace, as well as a pool bar.

Friendly and attractively furnished and equipped with a combined living/sleeping area, separate bedroom, bath/WC, hairdryer, kitchenette with microwave and a filter coffee machine, air conditioning (hourly), TV, telephone, and a balcony or terrace with street view (room size approx. 38 sqm, room code: A12). Also available to book at an additional charge with pool/garden view (room code: APG).

Premium Apartment

With the same amenities as the apartments, these have been renovated, feature a shower and two TVs (room code: 2PA). Also available to book at an additional charge with pool view (AZ2).

Additional Information

A tourism tax, comparable to a city tax, is to be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it ranges from €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
