Location

Located on a plateau above the bay of Cala Mesquida, just a few minutes' walk from the fine sandy beach, which invites you to relax and swim in the turquoise blue sea. The bay is surrounded by beautiful dunes and Mediterranean forests. The nearest larger town, Capdepera, is approx. 6 km away, and the lively center of Cala Ratjada with its numerous shops, bars, and restaurants is approx. 7 km away. A supermarket and a public bus stop are near the complex.

The generously designed hotel has a total of 285 apartments and 19 studios, spread across 10 buildings, each with 3 floors (each building has an elevator). Blocks 17 and 18 (two-story) do not have an elevator. The family-friendly hotel offers a lobby with a reception, a courtesy and luggage room, a bar/cafeteria, a lounge area, as well as a small supermarket and souvenir shop. For culinary delights, there is the buffet restaurant "Caprice" with a beautiful outdoor terrace, 2 à la carte restaurants ("La Terrazza" - Italian and "La Guitarra" - Mexican, both for a fee), and the restaurant/bar "MIRABLAU," located directly on the beach, offering various dishes throughout the day for a fee. In the spacious, approx. 15,000 m² outdoor area, you will find a large pool landscape with an integrated children's pool, an adults-only chill-out area, several sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas, as well as two pool/snack bars "La Palapa" and "Las Dunas."

With the same amenities as apartments with a private garden, these offer side sea views and are located in the Selection Club, which has its own pool area. Half Board Plus

Rich breakfast and dinner buffet at the Caprice restaurant. National wine, beer, soft drinks, and water are included with dinner. Every two weeks, enjoy four dinners featuring Mallorcan, Latin American, Mediterranean, and Oriental cuisine at the Caprice buffet restaurant.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner with rich and varied buffets, including cold and hot dishes. From 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, choose from a selection of hot and cold dishes. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as cocktails, mixed drinks, and various ice cream specialties, are included from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM. In the afternoon, sandwiches, drinks, and ice cream specialties are offered at the pool bar "La Palapa." All guests booked on Ultra All Inclusive can also have lunch on the restaurant terrace. An AI wristband is mandatory to enjoy the All Inclusive services.
The beach bar MIRABLAU is NOT included.

Additional Information

A tourist tax, similar to a local tax, is to be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it ranges from €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
