Surrounded by pine forests, on a hill, and approximately 850 m from the Cala Mayor swimming bay and 5 km from Palma city. Several times a day, there is a shuttle bus (limited capacity) between the hotel and the Palma Nova swimming bay. A public bus connection to Palma is nearby.

The hotel complex, freshly renovated for Summer 2020, is particularly popular with families due to its pleasantly quiet location. It offers 413 rooms on 9 floors, a modern lobby with a reception, 5 lifts, a TV room, a lounge area with inviting seating groups, a bar, and a tastefully designed restaurant. In the spacious outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a whirlpool, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, as well as a pool bar/snack bar and a pizzeria. With the varied day and evening program of games, shows, and dancing, boredom is never an issue.

Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
