The approximately 40,000 m² garden area features 2 pool landscapes, an infinity pool with sea view and pool bar, a terrace with loungers and parasols, as well as a splash pool for children and the water park.

Superior Double Room

The spacious and renovated Superior Double Rooms are equipped with shower/WC, air conditioning/heating, hairdryer, telephone, TV, safe (rental) and a balcony or terrace (DSU). For an additional charge, they are also available for single use (DSE) or with sea view (DMU/DME), pool view (DSP/DST/KSP) and as single with child (1DS) and single with child with sea view (1SS).

Superior Apartment

The freshly renovated apartments offer, in addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, a separate living/sleeping area with a kitchenette (A2U). For an additional charge, they are also available with sea view (M2U).

Junior Suite

Equipped with a combined living and sleeping area (visually separated by a sofa or wall without a door), renovated, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe (rental), minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, and a balcony or terrace (JS2). For an additional charge, available with sea view (J2M).

These rooms, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, were renovated in 2019 (DSU). Also available with sea view (DMU).

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
