The large, spacious and very well-maintained complex in the style of a Mallorcan village has 253 apartments spread across several 2-story residential buildings. The entire complex is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The main building offers its guests a reception hall with a 24-hour reception and seating areas, a lounge, bar, cafeteria, mini-market, terrace seating, and an air-conditioned restaurant with outdoor seating. Nestled in the beautiful garden with shady pine trees is the spacious pool landscape with various sun terraces (sun loungers and umbrellas included). Additional Note

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
