Pleasantly located in the Cala Egos district, just approx. 50 m from the small sandy bay "Cala des Pou". The center of Cala d'Or with its charming pedestrian zones and numerous shopping and entertainment facilities is approx. 2.5 km away (public bus connection). Further shops, restaurants, and bars in the vicinity.

The large, sprawling, and very well-maintained complex in the style of a Mallorcan village features 253 apartments spread across several 2-story buildings. The entire complex is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The main building offers guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception and seating areas, a lounge, bar, cafeteria, mini-market, terrace seating, and an air-conditioned restaurant with outdoor seating. Nestled within the beautiful garden landscape with shady pine trees is the spacious pool area with various sun terraces (sun loungers and umbrellas included). Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, is to be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
