The Cala Gran beach is only approx. 100 m away. Both hotels offer direct beach access via a pedestrian underpass. The town center, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues, is approx. 300 m away.

The hotel consists of seven buildings connected by a garden with a small bridge and offers a reception, a lift, a seating area with lounge furniture, a bar with a dance floor, a pool bar, a games room, and an air-conditioned dining hall. The garden area features two pools as well as a terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

Equipped with air conditioning (central), telephone, TV, rental safe, bathroom with shower/WC, and balcony or terrace (D). Room size approx. 18m². Also available with sea view for an additional charge (DM).

Single room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these only partially offer a balcony (E). Room size approx. 12m².

Meals

All inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Table wine, beer, and various juices are included with meals. Snacks, salads, hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, and cakes are available during the day at specific times.
National non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are available at all our bars and restaurants from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Wearing a wristband is necessary to take advantage of the All-Inclusive services.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for those aged 16 and over.
From the 9th consecutive day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.–30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the person registering the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
