The beach of Cala Gran is only approx. 100 m away. From both hotels, you have direct beach access via a pedestrian underpass. The town center with numerous shopping and entertainment venues is approx. 300 m away.

The hotel consists of seven buildings connected by a garden with a small bridge and offers a reception, an elevator, a lounge area with seating groups, a bar with a dance floor, a pool bar, a games room, and an air-conditioned dining room. In the garden area, there are two pools as well as a terrace with loungers and parasols.

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these only partially offer a balcony (E). Room size approx. 12m².

All inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Table wine, beer, and various juices are included with meals. Snacks, salads, hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, and cakes are available during the day at specific times.
National non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are available at all our bars and restaurants from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Wearing a wristband is necessary to take advantage of the all-inclusive services.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person registering the trip is obliged to ask Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency about any additional applicable conditions before completing the booking.
