Location

The hotel complex is centrally located in Arenal. The extensive sandy beach is about 450 m away. Restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment venues are within walking distance.

Facilities

The modern adults-only hotel in a quiet location has 170 rooms on 13 floors. It offers a large lobby in Mediterranean design with a 24-hour reception, 3 elevators, a buffet restaurant, a bar, and a TV room. In the outdoor area, there is a large pool with an adjoining sun terrace, as well as loungers and umbrellas. On the top floor, there is also the highlight of the hotel: the modernly designed chill-out sun deck with another pool and sky bar. This offers a unique view of the Bay of Palma.

Double Room

The rooms are bright and tastefully furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, TV, safety deposit box (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace (room size approx. 16 sqm, room code: D).
Also available for an extra charge with sea view (DM)

Single Room

The single rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are slightly smaller (room size approx. 14 sqm, E).

Double Room Superior Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located on the upper floors and additionally feature a mini-fridge (DMU).

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast and dinner buffet with cold and hot dishes and show cooking. In addition, theme nights take place several times a week.
Appropriate attire is requested for meals.

Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (01.11.-30.04.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
