The hotel complex is centrally located in Arenal. The expansive sandy beach is approximately 450 m away. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment venues are within walking distance.

Facilities

This modern adults-only hotel in a quiet location features 170 rooms spread over 13 floors. It offers a large, Mediterranean-style lobby with a 24-hour reception, 3 elevators, a buffet restaurant, a bar, and a TV room. Outside, there is a large pool with an adjoining sun terrace, as well as loungers and umbrellas. On the top floor is the hotel's highlight: the modernly designed chill-out sun deck with an additional pool and a sky bar. It offers a unique view of the Bay of Palma.

Double room

The rooms are bright and tastefully furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, TV, rental safe, and a balcony or terrace (room size approx. 16 m², room code: D).
Available with sea view for an additional charge (DM).

Single room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, the single rooms are slightly smaller (room size approx. 14 m², E).

Double room Superior sea view

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are located on the upper floors and additionally feature a mini-fridge (DMU).

Breakfast/Half board

Breakfast and dinner buffet with hot and cold dishes and show cooking. Additionally, themed evenings take place several times a week.
Appropriate attire is requested for meals.

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a local tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1st–Apr 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is required to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
