In Arenal, separated from the fine sandy beach only by the promenade. Along the promenade, it is approx. 20 minutes on foot to the entertainment center of Playa de Palma. Further shopping and entertainment facilities are nearby. The airport is approx. 7 km away.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and have a combined living/sleeping area with a kitchenette (S12). Room size approx. 28 m².

Apartment

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the apartments consist of a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom, and also offer a kitchenette (A12). Room size approx. 32 m².

Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Solo minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
