Directly at the entrance to El Arenal and only approx. 300 m from the extensive sandy beach. Palma is approx. 12 km and the airport approx. 4 km away. A bus stop is located nearby.

The hotel offers 224 rooms on nine floors, a lobby with reception, four lifts, a restaurant, a bar, and lounges. On the roof terrace overlooking the Bay of Palma, there is a pool with a sun terrace and loungers.

With the same amenities as double rooms, these have a single bed. The single rooms do not have a balcony. (Room size approx. 12m², E)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet with cold and hot dishes. Snacks are available from 10:30 AM to 6 PM. Non-alcoholic drinks are included between 10:30 AM and 11 PM. However, due to a new decree from the Balearic government, the serving of alcoholic beverages has been limited. Only three alcoholic drinks per guest may be provided with lunch and dinner respectively (table wine, beer, and soft drinks from the machine). All other alcoholic beverages – even between meals – must be paid for regularly.
Appropriate attire is requested (long trousers and no sleeveless t-shirts for men).

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
