Located directly at the entrance to El Arenal and only approx. 300 m from the extensive sandy beach. Palma is approx. 12 km away and the airport is approx. 4 km away. A bus stop is located nearby.

The hotel offers 224 rooms over nine floors, a lobby with reception, four elevators, a restaurant, a bar, and lounge areas. On the rooftop terrace, with views of the Bay of Palma, there is a pool with a terrace and sun loungers.

Single room

With the same features as the double rooms, these offer a single bed. The single rooms do not have a balcony. (Room size approx. 12m², E/EI)

With the same features, each bookable under minimum stay requirements (DA/DEA/EA).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form with hot and cold dishes. Snacks are available from 10:30 am–6:00 pm. Non-alcoholic drinks are included between 10:30 am–11:00 pm. Due to a new decree by the Balearic government, the serving of alcoholic beverages has been limited. Only three alcoholic beverages per guest may be provided with lunch and dinner respectively (table wine, beer, and soft drinks from the dispenser). All other alcoholic beverages – including those between meals – must be paid for at the regular price.
Proper attire is requested (long trousers and no sleeveless shirts for men).

Sustainability

With our label "Reisen mit Zukunft", we identify hotels that verifiably meet recognized sustainability standards. These include, among others, standards recognized by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) and the Tourism Sustainability Certifications Alliance (TSCA). Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, this amounts to € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for those aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1st–Apr 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to enquire about any additional conditions that may apply via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
