Location

On the quieter outskirts of Arenal. The long, fine sandy beach of Arenal and the marina are each approx. 500 m away. Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as restaurants and bars, are nearby.

Facilities

The air-conditioned hotel offers 206 comfortable rooms on 5 floors after extensive renovation. The inviting lobby with reception offers cozy seating areas. The pool area and the exclusive rooftop bar with café service, which is open daily from 9 am to 6 pm and offers a magnificent view, have been newly designed. In the outdoor area there is a modern swimming pool and a spacious sun terrace with loungers.

Additional Note

A tourist tax, comparable to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person from 16 years old.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
