The hotel is located in the southern part of Playa de Palma, centrally in Arenal. The extensive sandy beach is about 100 m away. Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities are nearby.

Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
