Location

On the "Lago Esperanza" inland lake. Our guests can reach the gently sloping sandy beach in about 900 m. Shops and entertainment facilities are located about 100 m away. The marina with numerous shops, bars, and restaurants is about 3 km away.

The family-friendly hotel offers 17 apartment buildings with 1,468 rooms, surrounded by gardens and pathways. The center of the complex is the main restaurant "Pueblo Español", where themed evenings are regularly held, and the reception. The hotel also features the à la carte restaurant "Black & White" (for a fee, but with a discount for All Inclusive guests), snack bars, a café, a mini-market, and a doctor's office (possibly for a fee). Outdoors, there are 13 swimming pools, several sun terraces and lawns with loungers, as well as several pool bars and an amphitheater.

Studio

The studios, renovated in summer 2021, offer a bath/WC, a combined living/sleeping area, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, air conditioning, a rental safe, TV (with deposit), and a balcony (S12). Room size approx. 37m².

1 Bedroom Apartment

With the same amenities as the studios, these offer a separate bedroom and a separate kitchen. The apartments have also been renovated (A12). Room size approx. 47m².

2 Bedroom Apartment

With the same amenities as the studios, these offer two separate bedrooms and an integrated kitchenette (A24). Room size approx. 60m².

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms offer a bath/WC, a combined living/sleeping area, air conditioning, a rental safe, TV (with deposit), telephone, minibar (for a fee), kettle, and a balcony (DD2). Room size approx. 37m².
Also available as a super saver room at a reduced price and without a balcony (SSZ). Room size approx. 37m².
Also bookable for single occupancy for an additional charge (DD1).

Deluxe 1 Bedroom Apartment

Like the standard apartments, but renovated and with modern and high-quality furnishings (D2A). Room size approx. 47m².

Deluxe 2 Bedroom Apartment

With the same amenities as the Deluxe apartments, these are also renovated and offer two separate bedrooms (A2D). Room size approx. 55m².

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
