The hotel is located in the holiday resort of Alcudia, directly by the inland lake S'Estany Gran. The nearest beach is approx. 300 m away. Various shopping and entertainment venues can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

The modern hotel, completely redesigned in summer 2023 with a total of 208 rooms spread over 3 floors, features a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, bar, lounges, a buffet restaurant, a café, and a food truck. In the spacious and well-maintained outdoor area, there are 2 pools with an adjoining sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a pool bar.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
