Location

Quiet and idyllic in a fantastic location on the La Victória peninsula, directly on the sea and just a few steps from the small sandy cove of Es Morer Vell. The historic old town of Alcudia with its small, cozy alleys and numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops is about 1.4 km away, and Port d’Alcudia is 4 km away. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach in Alcudia Bay is about 5 km away. The airport is approximately 60 km away.

It features an inviting lobby with a reception, lounges, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, and a bar. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area with panoramic views of the picturesque bay includes a swimming pool with an adjacent terrace and an adults-only pool (courtyard). Sun loungers and umbrellas provide space for relaxation and are available for guests' maximum enjoyment.

Double Room Premium

The rooms, decorated in light colors in a Mediterranean style, are 18 sqm and will be completely renovated for summer 2026. They offer two comfortable single beds, a desk, flat-screen TV, telephone, refrigerator, air conditioning, safe (rental fee), Wi-Fi, kettle, and a balcony or terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and toiletries (PDZ).
Available at an extra charge also with a side or direct sea view, and also bookable for single occupancy (DMS, DM, PEZ, DES, DEM).

With otherwise identical amenities to the Double Room Premium, these are more spacious, approx. 24 sqm, and feature a larger terrace with a Bali bed (BDB).

With otherwise identical amenities to the Double Room Premium, these offer slightly more space, approx. 24 sqm (DF2).

Junior Suite

The renovated Junior Suites, with otherwise identical amenities to the Double Room Premium, are modern and spacious, with a shower room fully enclosed by glass integrated into the room, and offer views of the adults-only pool. Bookable for adults aged 18 and over only (JS2). Also available at an extra charge with sea view (J2M).

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
