Only about 40 m from the sandy beach. The S’Albufera Nature Park is about 1 km away. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. A public bus service runs 300 m away, taking you conveniently to Puerto Alcudia, about 3 km away, where you can enjoy delicious drinks in the evening or visit the market at the harbour.

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
