Location

Directly on the Santa Eulalia river. The nearest beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The center of Santa Eulalia with its marina is approx. 2 km away.

The comfort hotel has 180 suites, a reading room, lounge bar, buffet restaurant, a pool bar (à la carte, for a fee), and a conference room. In the new restaurant "Sa Talassa" (for a fee), guests can enjoy Mediterranean dishes prepared by the team led by Chef Álvaro Sanz, the island's first chef to receive two Michelin stars and two Repsol suns.
Outside, there are two pools (one for ages 16 and up) and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, as well as Bali beds (for a fee).

Deluxe Double Room

Equipped with shower and bath/WC or just bath/WC, air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, TV, minibar (for a fee), coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers, and balcony (2DD). Room size approx. 35 m².

Junior Suite

Equipped like the Deluxe Double Rooms, but with a seating area and more spacious (JS2). Room size approx. 49 m².

Junior Suite Prestige

Equipped like the Deluxe Double Rooms, but more spacious and featuring a king-size bed, hydro-massage bathtub, separate shower, seating area, and a private sun deck with a small whirlpool, outdoor shower, and a relaxation area with a lounge bed. The Junior Suites Prestige are located on the top floor (JP). Room size approx. 80 m².

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a resort fee, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
