A deposit of €250 per room must be presented by credit card upon check-in. It will be refunded after your stay, provided no damage has occurred. All major credit cards are accepted. A cash deposit is not possible!

Due to new regulations from the municipal administration, the transfer bus is no longer allowed to drive up to the hotel. The airport transfer therefore ends or starts on the main road approx. 180m (approx. 3-4 min. walk) from the hotel.

Additional Information

A tourist tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (01.11.-30.04.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
