The luxury hotel offers 378 rooms on seven floors, a lobby with reception, 3 lifts, lounges, 3 restaurants (1 buffet restaurant with show cooking and two à la carte restaurants), several bars, and the Sky Lounge Bar on the hotel roof. The beautiful outdoor area features 3 swimming pools, several pool bars, and sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols.

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, these rooms offer the benefits of the Signature Level.
Guests in a Signature Level room category benefit from the following additional services, among others:
Private check-in upon arrival at the hotel, exclusive toiletries, complimentary daily minibar refills, DINE-OUT with exclusive menus and a wide selection of Ibiza's best-rated restaurants, priority reservations for the best tables in the à la carte restaurants, exclusive drink selection, and access to the Gravity Sky Lounge by the sea with infinity pool and bar service. Free access to the Sunset experience in the Gravity Sky Lounge including drink service from 7:30 PM. Exclusive pool in the ÍO area, as well as 1 complimentary access to the facilities of the Zentropia Spa. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet with hot and cold dishes. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 10 AM to midnight. Sandwiches and snacks from 11 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM. Minibar service refilled every 3 days.
Hotel guests can dine in the "Capricho" restaurant every day (buffet with show cooking and à la carte). Additionally, the à la carte restaurant (Helios or Gaucho) is available for dinner.
Wearing a bracelet is mandatory to utilize AI services.
Appropriate attire is requested in the à la carte restaurants during dinner.

Destination information

A tourist tax, similar to a resort fee, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
