The hotel offers 250 rooms on 5 floors, 2 lifts, an air-conditioned restaurant as well as bars and a snack bar. Outside there is a swimming pool with whirlpool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, and a pool bar with a view of the bay. "Royal Elite" hotel guests have the opportunity to use the Beach Club located on the hotel grounds, which borders directly onto the beach. Use of the sun loungers and a wide range of snacks and drinks are included.

Double room Royal Elite Beach Club SV

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these feature a direct sea view and offer bathrobes and slippers, coffee/tea maker, turn-down service, and a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. The rooms also offer access to the Beach Club with sun loungers and parasols, drinks and snacks, as well as discounts in the spa. This room type is only bookable with All Inclusive. (MER)

Single room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are equipped with a single bed, are smaller than the double rooms, are located in a less preferred position, and have no view (E). Room size approx. 13 m²

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet with show cooking. National alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks during meals at the main bar from 9 am–11 pm as well as at the pool bar from 12:30 pm–5 pm. Coffee, tea, and cookies in the afternoon. Wearing a wristband is mandatory to use the All Inclusive services.
For a stay of at least 5 nights, one dinner in the "Xaloc" restaurant is included per booking.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.–30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
