The lifestyle hotel for adults only, freshly renovated in 2025, with 181 elegant and stylishly furnished rooms impresses with modern design and a unique atmosphere. An elegant and stylish lobby with a 24-hour reception welcomes guests, and 4 elevators are available. The centerpiece is the spectacular infinity pool with sea view, comfortable loungers, and umbrellas, as well as stylish Bali beds (for a fee). Culinary diversity is offered by four à la carte restaurants – including the Japanese "Minami Japanese Restaurant," the luxurious "Oyster & Caviar Bar," the stylish "Hells Kitchen," and the "Ushuaïa Beach Club" with Mediterranean specialties directly on the beach. All restaurants are available for a fee and require a reservation. The appropriate dress code must also be observed. The "Antïdote Recharge Station" and the rooftop bar "Up Ibiza Sky Society" with spectacular views provide drinks and relaxed moments. Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
