Directly on the sea and only approx. 100 m from the long, fine sandy beach of Playa d’en Bossa. Ibiza town, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is about 2 km away (public bus connection available).

Note

Due to new regulations from the municipal administration, the transfer bus is no longer allowed to drive directly to the hotel. The airport transfer therefore ends or begins at the corner near the hotel (C./Cuarto de Balanzat-C/. Carles Roman Ferrer), approx. 100 m (approx. 1-2 minutes on foot) from the hotel.

Additional information

A tourist tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
