The traditional hotel of the renowned THB hotel chain has 170 rooms spread over 5 floors. The well-maintained hotel complex consists of a main building and an apartment building, separated by a road with little traffic. The fully air-conditioned hotel offers its guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception, 2 elevators, a cozy bar and a café, a TV room, 6 conference rooms, and two restaurants. From the beautiful and very well-kept garden, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of Playa d'en Bossa. The garden features a swimming pool, a pool bar, and sun loungers and umbrellas.

Double room

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating (individually adjustable), telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, and bath/WC and face the land side, without a balcony (D). Room size approx. 25m².

Double room sea view

Equipped like the double rooms, with sea view and balcony (DM). Room size approx. 29 m².
Also available for single use (DEM) or on upper floors (UPS) for an extra charge.

Single room

The single rooms face the street but are not equipped with a balcony (E). Room size approx. 18m².

Executive room (IBZA30)

These rooms, approximately 34 m² in size, are equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, telephone, rental safe, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a wrap-around, covered terrace facing the street (EXD).

Due to new regulations from the municipal administration, the transfer bus is no longer allowed to drive directly to the hotel. The airport transfer therefore ends or starts at the Figueretas bus stop, approximately 650 m (approx. 10-15 minutes on foot) from the hotel.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
