This exclusive Adults Only hotel for guests aged 16 and over offers relaxing days for those seeking peace and quiet in a very special atmosphere. The design hotel offers 290 rooms over four floors (with lift), a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, an à la carte restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine, the "Agua" lobby bar, and the KENTIA snack bar, which also serves hot dishes. Perfect regeneration is provided by the wellness area with a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and massage cabins, as well as the fitness centre with cardio equipment and free weights. The beautiful outdoor area features a large main pool with two separate sections, as well as an exclusive outdoor pool reserved solely for guests staying in Superior and Junior suites. Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a city tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, this is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1 Nov - 30 Apr), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors travelling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person registering the trip is obliged to enquire about any additional conditions that may apply via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
