Location

The small apartment complex is located on the outskirts of Playa Mitjorn, near the small fishing village of Es Caló, with small sandy and rocky coves. The beautiful and long sandy beach of Ses Platges can be reached in about 100m walk.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, this is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
