Location

The holiday complex is located at the end of a quiet road, directly by the sea. Small, picturesque coves surrounded by rocks, offering direct sea access, are just a few minutes' walk away. The expansive sandy beach is approx. 800 m away, and a supermarket is about 500 m away. A bus stop is approx. 200 m away. The natural beach of Playa Migjorn is about 900 m away.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
